The subject matter of this public procurement includes the provision of post-warranty subscription-based technical servicing of a “Da Vinci X” robotic surgical system, model IS 4200 (the equipment/system). The activities covered by the procurement include technical support, preventive maintenance, repairs (routine and emergency), and the supply of spare parts and specific consumables, hereinafter referred to for brevity as “spare parts,” for the purpose of keeping the robotic system in good working order and ensuring its full functionality, as described in detail in the technical specification, for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months.
