The subject matter of this public procurement includes: - delivery of equipment, its installation and integration, design and construction of 5 (five) SLs (sensor lines) covering approximately 30.4 km for surveillance of sections of the Bulgarian-Turkish border; - expansion of 1 (one) Regional Coordination Centre and the Elhovo LCC, as well as renovation of the LCC - Svilengrad by relocating it to new premises in the same building, in accordance with the requirements specified in the TS, including integration of the “Krasta” SPTS into ISS 1, training of employees in the operation, servicing and administration of the equipment, and performance of warranty maintenance; - post-warranty maintenance of the Integrated Surveillance System for the Bulgarian-Turkish border in the section from the Kapitan Andreevo BCP to the Lesovo BCP – ISS 1, including the remaining elements of ISS 1 that are not part of the 5 newly constructed SLs, namely: - perimeter alarm and security system - 21 units (6 units along the Maritsa River and 15 units inland); - stationary post for technical surveillance (SPTS) - 7 units; - local coordination centre (LCC) - 2 units; - regional coordination centre (RCC) - 1 unit; - mobile surveillance system (MSS) - 5 units; - communication system connecting all constructed elements. - training of employees in the operation, servicing and administration of the equipment; - performance of warranty maintenance.
