Opportunity description

In the performance of the contract, the following shall be carried out: For Lot No. 1: Monthly subscription-based servicing, maintenance and repair (routine and emergency), including the supply of spare parts for 32 lifts (passenger, freight and kitchen) belonging to Varna Municipality and other municipally owned buildings, in accordance with a detailed Technical Specification (Annex No. 1) and in compliance with the requirements of the Ordinance on the Safe Operation and Technical Supervision of Lifts, adopted by Council of Ministers Decree No. 75/01.04.2003. For Lot No. 2: Monthly subscription-based servicing, maintenance and repair (routine and emergency), including the supply of spare parts for 11 freight platforms/hoists in nurseries and stairlift platforms for people with disabilities, social services/specialized institutions for children and elderly people belonging to Varna Municipality and other municipally owned buildings, in accordance with a detailed Technical Specification (Annex No. 1). After the contracts are concluded, all equipment shall be inspected and a handover protocol shall be signed between the Contractor and the Contracting Authority (through the Directors of directorates in Varna Municipality and the Directors/Managers of the secondary budget administrators), indicating the condition of each item of equipment and who is responsible for it on behalf of the Contracting Authority. If repairs are required, the Contractor shall draw up a findings report. In the Findings Report or an annex thereto, the Contractor shall specify the type of spare part. Spare parts shall be paid for at firmly agreed prices, in accordance with Annex 1.2 and Annex 2.2, and those not included in the list shall be paid for according to a pro forma invoice approved by the Contracting Authority. Labor shall be fully covered by the monthly subscription fee paid. *The Contracting Authority reserves the right to discontinue payment of the subscription fee when equipment is decommissioned or the need for it ceases, as well as to include other equipment, added by an Assignment Letter, for subscription-based servicing, repair and maintenance, within the financial resources. No subscription fee shall be paid for equipment that has been taken out of operation for more than 5 days. The warranty period for the repair work performed shall be at least 12 months and shall commence from the date of signing the handover protocol for the repair performed.
