The purpose of this public procurement is subscription maintenance and the provision of spare parts and consumables for air conditioners and air-conditioning installations installed in work premises of the Territorial Division of the National Social Security Institute – Smolyan, with a view to ensuring the necessary conditions for the trouble-free operation of the equipment, as well as normal working conditions for employees. Wall-mounted air conditioners for cooling and heating are installed at the Territorial Division of the National Social Security Institute – Smolyan. The air conditioners are installed in the work premises in the administrative building of the Territorial Division of the National Social Security Institute – Smolyan and in the offices in the town of Devin and the town of Zlatograd. The main activities related to the subject matter of the public procurement consist of subscription maintenance and repair of 3 air conditioners, described by type and location in Appendix No. 1 to these technical specifications, including the supply of spare parts and consumables. The subject matter of the procurement includes the installation of air conditioners outside the warranty period, the dismantling of air conditioners that cannot be repaired and must be scrapped, as well as air conditioners for which there is no longer a need for use, and the relocation (dismantling and installation) of air conditioners, should the need arise.
