The subject of the public procurement is post-warranty servicing: maintenance and repair, supply and replacement of spare parts, materials and consumables for official vehicles owned by the BNB, by lots, as follows: Lot No. 1: “Post-warranty servicing: maintenance and repair, supply and replacement of spare parts, materials and consumables for official vehicles owned by the BNB, make ‘Mercedes-Benz’”; Lot No. 2: “Post-warranty servicing: maintenance and repair, supply and replacement of spare parts, materials and consumables for official vehicles owned by the BNB, make ‘Audi’”; Lot No. 3: “Post-warranty servicing: maintenance and repair, supply and replacement of spare parts, materials and consumables for official vehicles owned by the BNB, make ‘Opel’”. IMPORTANT! The estimated value of Lot No. 3 with the subject: “Post-warranty servicing: maintenance and repair, supply and replacement of spare parts, materials and consumables for official vehicles owned by the BNB, make ‘Opel’” is a total of EUR 14,500 excluding VAT, including all performance costs, and will be awarded in accordance with the procedure applicable to its individual value, pursuant to Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act through direct award under Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act. The value of Lot No. 3 does not exceed EUR 79,998.77 excluding VAT and, when awarded in this manner, it does not exceed 20 percent of the total procurement value of EUR 150,500 excluding VAT. The subject of the public procurement is post-warranty servicing: maintenance and repair, supply and replacement of spare parts, materials and consumables for official vehicles owned by the BNB, make ‘Mercedes-Benz’. The contracting authority’s requirements for the performance of the public procurement are set out in the Technical Specification for Lot No. 1 with the subject “Post-warranty servicing: maintenance and repair, supply and replacement of spare parts, materials and consumables for official vehicles owned by the BNB, make ‘Mercedes-Benz’” – Appendix No. 1. The official vehicles owned by the BNB that are subject to servicing under the public procurement are specified in the “List of official vehicles owned by the Bulgarian National Bank, make ‘Mercedes-Benz’” – Appendix 1.1.
