The subject of this public procurement is the repair and maintenance (preventive, routine, and repair and restoration works in emergency situations) of 47,008 km, as follows: streets in the town of Pomorie with a length of 38,708 km; Kamenar district – 6,700 km; municipal road No. BGS1142 – town of Pomorie – 1,600 km. A description of the types of construction and installation works and activities is provided in Appendix No. B – Types of construction and installation works and activities to the participation documentation. The subject of the public procurement includes the activities related to carrying out repair and maintenance, namely: 1. The provision of systematic care to ensure the normal year-round operation of the road/street, as well as activities intended to ensure the technical condition of the road/street, road structures and appurtenances in accordance with the applicable regulatory acts and technical specifications for construction products /including the elimination of individual damage and deformations to elements within the scope of the road/street, road structures and appurtenances and the prevention of their further development, the elimination of local damage resulting from the normal operation of the road and damage to the road pavement, road structures and appurtenances. 2. Preventive maintenance 3. Routine maintenance 4. Repair and restoration works in emergency situations. 5. The subject of the public procurement also includes the performance of the following activities related to maintenance and constituting a condition, consequence or supplement thereto: - Supply and incorporation of the necessary construction materials and products compliant with the technical specifications. - Performance of the necessary tests and laboratory analyses. - Rectification of defects that appear during the warranty periods specified in the public procurement contract. - Repair works including breaking up old pavements, resurfacing specified sections of roads and streets with asphalt, patching existing asphalt pavements, restoration of crushed-stone and ballast pavements, construction of pavements from waste milled asphalt material, replacement of curbs, raising of inspection and stormwater manholes, and repair and restoration of drainage channels.
