The subject of this public procurement is the repair and maintenance (preventive, routine, and repair and restoration works in emergency situations) of 139,765 km., as follows: Streets in the town of Aheloy -/10,298 km/, the village of Poroy - /10,000 km./, the village of Galabets - /11,280 km./, the village of Goritsa - /18,785 km./, the village of Medovo - /11,000 km./, the village of Bata - /10,037 km./, the village of Stratsin - /10,190 km./, the village of Kosovets - /5,820 km./, the village of Belodol - /7,050 km./, the village of Kozichino - /7,100 km./, the village of Laka - /7,477 km./, the village of Aleksandrovo - /5,800km./, the town of Kableshkovo - /17,566 km./, the village of Dabnik - /3,362 km./, the village of Gaberovo -/4,000 km./ The subject of the public procurement includes activities related to carrying out repair and maintenance, namely: 1. The provision of systematic care to ensure the normal year-round operation of the road/street, as well as activities aimed at ensuring that the technical condition of the road/street, road structures and appurtenances complies with the applicable regulations and technical specifications for construction products /including the elimination of isolated damage and deformation to elements within the scope of the road/street, road structures and appurtenances and the prevention of their further development, the elimination of local damage resulting from the normal operation of the road and damage to the road pavement, road structures and appurtenances. 2. Preventive maintenance. 3. Routine maintenance. 4. Repair and restoration works in emergency situations. 5. The subject of the public procurement also includes the performance of the following activities related to maintenance and constituting a condition, consequence, or supplement thereto: - Supply and incorporation of the necessary construction materials and products compliant with the technical specifications. - Performance of the necessary tests and laboratory examinations. - Rectification of defects that become apparent during the warranty periods specified in the public procurement contract. - Repair works, including breaking up old pavements, resurfacing designated sections of roads and streets, patching existing asphalt pavements, restoring crushed-stone and ballast pavements, constructing pavements from waste milled asphalt material, replacing curbs, raising inspection and stormwater manholes, and repairing and restoring drainage channels.
