Opportunity description

Deliveries shall be carried out in compliance with the instructions and requirements set out in the technical specifications and the draft contract. The deliveries covered by the two lots include delivery upon request by the contracting authority, specifying the type and quantity of the requested products. The indicated estimated quantities are approximate, and the contracting authority reserves the right to increase and/or decrease them depending on the specific needs that arise. In this regard, during the term of the contract, the contracting authority has the right not to order the full stated estimated quantity of goods, as well as to order deliveries of goods after the estimated quantities indicated for them have been reached, until the total value of the contract is reached. CONTRACT PERFORMANCE PERIOD for each of the two lots – the contract enters into force on 10 August 2026 and shall remain in effect until 30 June 2027 or until the maximum estimated value of the lot is reached, whichever of the two events occurs earlier. Lot No. 1 “Supply of packaged foods and confectionery for the needs of the Technical University of Gabrovo” PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: For Lot No. 1 – Academic Building No. 1 – Café and Pastry Shop, Gabrovo, 3 Dr. Iliev – Detskiya St., and Café – University Library, Gabrovo, 4 Hadzhi Dimitar St. Deliveries shall be carried out in compliance with the instructions and requirements set out in the technical specifications and the draft contract.
