Opportunity description
The offer must include: delivery of a laser 3D scanner for metrological control with scanning software – 1 unit; installation, calibration and initial commissioning of the scanner and provision of training for operators to work with the delivered equipment; documentation – Description, Operating and Scanner Calibration Instructions; warranty and maintenance. Place of performance of the contract: Varna, 9003, Asparuhovo district, P.O. Box 58, 1 William Froude St. – Centre of Hydro- and Aerodynamics – Varna. Main minimum requirements for the scanner Handheld “free” scanner with an accuracy of 0.02 mm traceable according to the requirements of ISO 17025 or equivalent. It must be lightweight and convenient for manual operation by the operator; The scanner must guarantee accurate measurement results when measuring objects of different materials and colours. It must be capable of scanning both large objects (ship models measuring up to 9 m in length, 1.5 m in width and 0.8 m in height) without using markers, and small objects. The optical measurement technology used (including a hybrid laser system) must be capable of maintaining the specified measurement accuracy and performance when scanning the following surfaces – metal (brass, aluminium, steel), composite and polymer surfaces, plastic parts and models, unpainted wooden models and wooden models painted yellow, including dark and reflective objects; It must have at least four scanning modes – multi-line, single-line, fine and infrared, so that it can scan both small objects with high accuracy and large objects; The scanner must be capable of high-speed scanning, fine detailed scanning and deep scanning of holes or recesses in the area under examination; The scanner must have a high speed of over 3,000,000 points/sec to ensure optimal scanning time for large objects; The working distance must be greater than or equal to 300 mm; The scanning depth of field must have a range of at least 600 mm; The maximum range of a single scan must be greater than or equal to 600 mm x 600 mm; The scanner must be capable of connecting to a computer/laptop via a USB 3.0 interface; The volumetric accuracy must be no worse than 0.02 +/- 0.033 mm/m The scanner must have scanning software available with a perpetual licence; One of the output file formats containing the scanning result must be STL The software must be capable of importing the scanning data into software for comparison with the design file and checking deviations. The scanner must be supplied with: Calibration board; 3 mm and 6 mm markers, at least 200 units. Transport case. More details in the procurement documentation. Procedure: open.
