Opportunity description

LOT 1: “Construction of a street from the street network of the city of Kardzhali, from centerline point – R57, R55, R53 to centerline point R56, quarter 246 in the city of Kardzhali” LOT 2: “Construction of ‘Plachi Most’ Street from C.P. 650 to C.P. 2177; from C.P. 2177 to C.P. 2850 and from C.P. 2182 to C.P. 1692, city of Kardzhali.” Lot No. 1 “Construction of a street from the street network of the city of Kardzhali, from centerline point – R57, R55, R53 to centerline point R56, quarter 246 in the city of Kardzhali”. Detailed information regarding the subject matter, scope, types and quantities of the activities, technical requirements, conditions and sequence for performance of the contract is contained in the approved investment project for the site, the Technical Specification and the Bill of Quantities and Costs (KSS), which form an integral part of the participation documentation. The contractor shall perform all construction and installation works, deliveries, accompanying activities and obligations necessary for the complete, high-quality and lawful execution and commissioning of the site, in accordance with the investment project, the technical specification, the KSS, the applicable statutory instruments, technical rules and standards, as well as the instructions of the contracting authority and the persons exercising construction supervision. The construction is classified as category four pursuant to Art. 137, para. 1, item 4, letter “a” of the Spatial Development Act and Art. 8, para. 1, item 2 of Ordinance No. 1 of 30.07.2003 on the nomenclature of types of construction works.
