Opportunity description

The subject matter of this public procurement is: “Provision of security activities at NHIF facilities”, with two lots: Lot No. 1 – “Provision of unarmed physical security at NHIF facilities”; Lot No. 2 – “Provision of security using alarm security equipment and maintenance of security systems at NHIF facilities”. The subject matter of the public procurement under Lot No. 1 – “Provision of unarmed physical security at NHIF facilities” includes the following main activities: organization and provision of unarmed physical security: 12-hour daytime security for the NHIF Central Office facility at 15 Lyubata St. and 10-hour daytime security for the remaining facilities, including activities for the protection of the Contracting Authority’s property at the facilities, within the meaning of Art. 11, para. 1 of the Private Security Activities Act (ЗЧОД), through security guards and with the assistance of mobile forces where necessary. On working days (Monday to Friday), an access control regime must be implemented at the facilities during the working hours of the employees at the respective facility. The subject matter of the public procurement under Lot No. 2 – “Provision of security using alarm security equipment and maintenance of security systems at NHIF facilities” includes: security with a centralized alarm security system, subscription-based preventive technical maintenance, servicing and repair of the installed alarm security, video surveillance and access control systems at NHIF facilities. The subject matter of the contract also includes the supply and installation of spare parts and components for the specified systems where this is necessary to ensure their trouble-free operation. The locations of the facilities and the security regime are described in detail in the Technical Specifications for the lots – Annexes No. 1.1 and No. 1.2 to the procurement documentation.
