Bulgaria – Seminar organisation services – “Services for providing logistics and organisational and technical preparation for holding events related to the implementation of projects by the General Directorate for Combating Organised Crime” /GDBOP/

Opportunity description

The subject of the procurement includes the provision of services for providing logistics and organisational and technical preparation for holding events related to the implementation of projects implemented by the General Directorate for Combating Organised Crime /GDBOP/, within the framework of the Internal Security Fund /ISF/, Europol and other funding donors. According to the needs known to the contracting authority at the time of opening the procedure, 48 events are planned, with the number of participants varying from 3 to 55. The stated number of events and number of participants are indicative and should not be considered an obligation of the General Directorate for Combating Organised Crime to request the same quantity during the performance of the contract. The events will be held within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and may be in a format different from that initially planned if circumstances arise that require a change in format—conferences, training sessions, seminars, exchanges of good practices, information days, round tables, working meetings, sessions and other events directly related to the activities of GDBOP.
