Opportunity description

The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor for the delivery, assembly, installation, as well as warranty service of network and server equipment, components for installation and management (estimated quantity of equipment: 88 units), extension of warranty support for existing equipment/licenses and software (estimated quantity: 45 extended warranties, license and software renewals) for the purpose of providing the cloud infrastructure supporting the activities of Medical University - Varna. The quantity and type of supplies or services shall be determined by the Contracting Authority depending on its specific needs and financial resources. The quantities specified in the bill of quantities and prices (BoQ) are estimated, and the Contracting Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the specified volumes, including requesting deliveries of products that are not included in the technical specification (TS). The extended support for existing equipment and software products covers: access to software updates and replacement of defective equipment or its components. The procurement includes periodic deliveries of equipment, software products and licenses, and/or services, requested in advance and specified by type (commercial nomenclature), technical data, configuration and quantities, described in detail in Appendix No. 1 - Technical Specification (TS). The unit price offered for each item of equipment, software product and license shall be for a single unit and must include all activities and costs of the Contractor directly or indirectly related to the delivery (packing, unpacking, loading, unloading, transport and other costs, taxes, fees, customs duties) and shall constitute the full and final unit price for performance of the procurement. The installation/assembly and integration of the equipment, as well as services for the installation and configuration of new or existing equipment or a software product, and the performance of IT consulting and auditing activities, shall be paid on the basis of the hourly rate specified by the tenderer in the price proposal, which must include all costs of the Contractor directly or indirectly related to the performance of these activities, including on-site visits. The equipment and software offered must have parameters identical to or better than the minimum requirements of the Contracting Authority specified in the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1).
