The public procurement contract, to be performed under the conditions described in the Instructions, Technical Specification and Draft Contract - part of the documentation for participation in the procedure, has as its subject: Selection of an operator for the provision of food vouchers on an electronic medium for the needs of Gabrovo Municipality and secondary budget administrators. The Contracting Authority requests from the Contractor the necessary number of cards, which must be delivered to it, according to the current number of employees who will use them. The available cards are loaded monthly with electronic vouchers, following a prior request from the Contracting Authority to the Contractor. The request specifies which employees’ cards (the specific cards subject to loading) are to be loaded with electronic vouchers and at what value respectively. The estimated number of employees to whom vouchers will be provided is 616. The contract enters into force on the date of conclusion and has a term of 24 months or until the financial resource is exhausted, whichever event occurs first. The contract will be concluded under the conditions of Art. 114 of the Public Procurement Act and will be performed only after confirmation by the Contracting Authority that funding has been secured and submission by the Contractor of the specified performance guarantee.
