Opportunity description

The subject of the procurement is the performance of highly specialized immunological tests on patients of UMBAL “Sveta Anna” - Sofia AD, depending on the Contracting Authority’s needs. The contract performance period is 12 (twelve) months from its award. The nature and specifics of the tests are described in a technical specification prepared by the Contracting Authority and constituting an integral part of the procedure. The specification covers 56 types of immunological tests, and it is mandatory to submit an offer for all items included in the technical specification, as well as for the specified performance methods. Participants who do not offer all items in accordance with the specified testing methods shall be excluded from participation in the procedure. The participant shall submit only one offer in accordance with the conditions for participation, and the submission of variants is not permitted. The type and quantity of tests requested during the contract term depend on the healthcare facility’s needs, and the value of the requests may not exceed the predetermined maximum amount (250,000 euros). The time limit for performing each requested test shall be proposed by the participant in calendar days, but shall not exceed 2 working days from the date on which the Contracting Authority issues a test order and referral form. Payment for the activities performed shall be made in euros by bank transfer, on a deferred basis, within 60 /sixty/ calendar days after performance of the activity and submission of the following documents: an invoice and a monthly report on immunological tests performed during the preceding month.
