The scope of the procurement by lots includes the following types of activities: 1) For Lot No. 1, they are as follows: 1.1. Road winter maintenance activities and includes •Mechanized treatment of roadways by spreading mineral materials (sand); •Mechanized snow clearing of roadways. •Manual treatment of sidewalks, public transport stops and other places for public use (where necessary), by spreading sand; •Manual snow clearing and scraping of compacted snow and ice (where necessary); 1.2. Road cleaning activities: •Mechanized cleaning of roadways; •Washing with a tanker truck •Sprinkling of roadways •Mechanized cleaning of roadway •Cleaning road shoulders of accumulated waste (sediment, sand, soil, etc.); •Mowing grass on road shoulders, earth ditches, central reservations, slopes, verge strips within the road area and other places for public use; •Cleaning lined ditches/earth ditches of sediment and other waste; •Cleaning sediment and other waste, maintaining the flow capacity of: •Cleaning road appurtenances •Cleaning roadways after road traffic accidents, according to the type of waste; 2) For Lot No. 2, they are as follows: 2.1. Collection and transportation of waste from street bins; 2.2. Road/street and other public-use-area cleaning and maintenance activities and includes: •Mechanized cleaning of road/street carriageways; •Manual cleaning of sidewalks, gutters of road/street carriageways, mass public transport /MGT/ stops, overpasses /footbridges/, approaches to underpasses, etc. •Litter picking in municipally owned places for public use. •Mechanized cleaning of roadway waste, including sediment, sand, soil, grass, etc. •Manual cleaning of road/street carriageways of accumulated waste, sediment, sand, soil, grass, etc. •Washing road/street carriageways, sidewalks, MGT stops and other places for public use with a hose-equipped tanker truck. •Sprinkling of road/street carriageways; •Cleaning road shoulders of accumulated waste (sediment, sand, soil, etc.). •Mowing grass on road shoulders, •Cleaning lined ditches/earth ditches of sediment and other waste. •Machine cleaning of sediment and other waste, •Cleaning road appurtenances •Cleaning overpasses/footbridges. •Cleaning road/street carriageways after road traffic accidents, according to the type of waste. •Collection and transportation to a treatment facility of soil, construction waste, spilled concrete, sand and other inert waste spilled from vehicles onto street carriageways and sidewalks in emergency cases; 2.3. Winter cleaning and maintenance activities for roads/streets and other places for public use: •Mechanized anti-icing treatment of road/street carriageways by spreading: sodium chloride /technical salt/ or a mixture of sodium chloride in solid form and an aqueous solution – water/calcium dichloride or magnesium dichloride in a ratio of 3:1. •Mechanized plough snow clearing of road/street carriageways. •Manual treatment of sidewalks, overpasses, MGT stops and other places for public use, by spreading sodium chloride or calcium dichloride or magnesium dichloride mixtures. •Manual clearing of snow and ice from sidewalks, overpasses, MGT stops and other places for public use without spreading anti-icing mixtures /reagents/; 3) For Lot No. 3 3.1. Collection and transportation of waste from street bins; 3.2. Road/street and other public-use-area cleaning and maintenance activities and includes: •Mechanized cleaning of road/street carriageways; •Manual cleaning of sidewalks, gutters of road/street carriageways, mass public transport /MGT/ stops, overpasses /footbridges/, approaches to underpasses, etc. •Removal of overgrown grass from sidewalks, road/street carriageways and other places for public use. •Litter picking in municipally owned places for public use. •Mechanized cleaning of roadway waste, including sediment, sand, soil, grass, etc. •Manual cleaning of roadway waste, including sediment, sand, soil, mud, grass, etc.; •Washing with a tanker truck. •Washing road/street carriageways with a nozzle-equipped tanker truck. •Sprinkling of road/street carriageways; • Cleaning and maintaining the flow capacity of the vertical section of stormwater inlets located on street carriageways and municipally owned sites, and transporting the waste to a treatment facility. •Cleaning lined ditches/earth ditches of sediment and other waste. •Machine cleaning of sediment and other waste •Cleaning road appurtenances •Cleaning overpasses/footbridges. •Cleaning road/street carriageways •Collection and transportation of material spilled from vehicles 3.3. Winter cleaning and maintenance activities for roads/streets and other places for public use: • Mechanized anti-icing treatment of road/street carriageways by spreading: sodium chloride /technical salt/ or a mixture of sodium chloride in solid form and an aqueous solution – water/calcium dichloride or magnesium dichloride in a ratio of 3:1. •Mechanized plough snow clearing of road/street carriageways. • Manual treatment of sidewalks, overpasses, MGT stops and other places for public use, by spreading sodium chloride or calcium dichloride or magnesium dichloride mixtures. •Manual clearing of snow and ice from sidewalks, overpasses, MGT stops and other places for public use without spreading anti-icing mixtures /reagents/; Note: The specific volume of activities for the collection and transportation of waste and the cleaning and maintenance of places for public use will be updated annually through the operational plan, in coordination with the Contracting Authority and/or a person authorized by it, in order to reflect changes – new roads, places for public use and others. Cleaning sediment and other waste, maintaining the flow capacity of: • culverts located transversely to the road (inlet, pipe/slab section, outlet); • culverts along the axis of the ditch (inlet, pipe/slab section, outlet); • drainage channels in the roadway; • concrete drainage channels (Italian type); • treatment facilities; 2.9. Cleaning road appurtenances – road signs, direction signs, protective tubular-grid railings and flexible safety barriers (guardrails), etc.; 2.10. Cleaning roadways after road traffic accidents, according to the type of waste; Lot No. 2: Services for winter maintenance and cleaning of part of the municipal road network on the territory of Sofia Municipality: I. Pancharevo District, with the following road sections: Simeonovo residential district – Bistritsa village SOF 1123 Zheleznitsa village – Plana village SOF 2124 Pancharevo village – Bistritsa village II. Collection and transportation of waste from street bins; 2. The specific volume of activities for the collection and transportation of waste and the cleaning and maintenance of places for public use will be updated annually through the operational plan, in coordination with the Contracting Authority and/or a person authorized by it, in order to reflect changes – new roads, places for public use and others.
