The subject matter of this procurement is “Selection of an operator for the issuance, loading and delivery of food vouchers in electronic form for the staff of MBAL ‘Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker’ EOOD, Lom”, including: provision, for a period of 12 months, of food vouchers for the staff of MBAL “Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker” EOOD, Lom, pursuant to §1, item 14 of the Supplementary Provisions of Ordinance No. 7 of 09.07.2003 on the terms and procedure for issuing and revoking authorization to operate as an operator of food vouchers in paper and electronic form, for issuing food vouchers in electronic form, the characteristics of the food vouchers issued in electronic form, and carrying out activities as an operator (hereinafter referred to as Ordinance No. 7 of 09.07.2003) – within the meaning of item 36a of the Corporate Income Tax Act.
