The purpose of this procurement is to select a contractor for subscription support and consulting in the use of software products at UMBAL Burgas AD, divided into 5 lots for a period of two years, as follows: Lot No. 1 – “Subscription servicing of software products from a hospital information system”; Lot No. 2 - “Subscription servicing of SC PACS”; Lot No. 3 – “Subscription support of Geocon PlanExpert Light”; Lot No. 4 “Subscription support of a Laboratory Information System (LIS); Lot No. 5 – “Subscription support of OMEX SALARIES AND OMEX PERSONNEL”. The subscription support must cover the following application software products constituting the hospital information system of UMBAL Burgas AD: Gamma CODMASTER, Gamma CALC, Gamma CONT, Gamma MULTILAB, Gamma MULTILAB-CAAV, Gamma STORE, Gamma STORE-verification, Gamma mSTORE, Gamma mDoctor, Gamma SESPA Link, Gamma FU Link, Gamma CONCURRENT, Gamma DIETS, Gamma wBOOKING, Gamma wCONCURENT, Gamma WEB, Connection to external LIS, Connection to PACS with their licenses, as listed below: No. Product name Number of licenses 1. Activities included in the subject matter of the procurement under Lot No. 3: Resolution of any software problems related to the operation of Geocon PlanExpert and the export module to the payroll program, together with the settings necessary for its operation, continuous telephone support and consultations, adaptation of the software product to amendments to laws and regulatory documents, including all new versions of the software product for the term of this contract (without an on-site visit). The Contracting Authority provides the Contractor with remote access to the database on the server for the purpose of servicing and guaranteeing data integrity during the subscription software support. In connection with the provision of technical support, the Contractor shall contact solely and exclusively the persons authorized by the Contracting Authority – Administrators and Power Users of the system. When a need for technical support arises, the Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with a contact telephone number during the Contractor’s working hours and an email address. The Contracting Authority has the right to purchase an extension license for personnel exceeding 1050 employees. No limitation on the number of workstations. Maximum time limit for resolving database malfunctions – 24 hours. ​​​​​​​ Lot No. 4 “Subscription support of a Laboratory Information System (LIS) Use of cloud space for storing the database; Updating the system’s existing modules; Connecting and configuring laboratory equipment to the system; Ensuring data security through VPN and an encrypted connection. Minimum technical requirements for the cloud space: Processor cores: minimum 8; Random-access memory (RAM): minimum 8 GB; Disk space for the database: minimum 80 GB; Archive disk space: minimum 320 GB; The server must be located within the European Union and comply with the requirements of the NIS2 Directive. Services included within the scope of the procurement: Provision of workstation licenses – minimum 9; Support and updating of modules with new versions; Connection and configuration of at least 11 devices; Initial migration of the database; Installation and configuration of a VPN router for an encrypted tunnel to the server. Capability to send results to the Hospital Information System. One-time transfer of the database to an own server at the client’s request; Security requirements: Provision of an encrypted connection and a secure VPN tunnel for access to the cloud space; The system and infrastructure must comply with the Ordinance on the minimum requirements for network and information security; Database backup – at least once every 24 hours. Additional conditions: The initial database will be hosted on Microsoft SQL Server Express Edition (up to 10 GB). Activities included in the subject matter of the procurement under Lot No. 5: Resolution, at the contracting authority’s request, of any software problems related to the operation of OMEX SALARIES AND OMEX PERSONNEL and import from GEOCON Plan expert. If necessary, the Contracting Authority provides the Contractor with remote access to the database on the server for the purpose of resolving the problem. In connection with the provision of technical support, the Contractor shall contact solely and exclusively the persons authorized by the Contracting Authority.
