Opportunity description

Supply of solid fuels (firewood and pellets) for the needs of municipal facilities within the territory of Tutrakan Municipality for a period of 12 months, in accordance with the Technical Specifications for each separate lot. The contracts will be concluded based on the criterion of the lowest price offered for each separate lot. All conditions are described in detail in the technical specifications assigned to the broker representing the Contracting Authority on a commodity exchange. Pursuant to Article 79(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Act, the contract shall be concluded according to the rules of the relevant exchange. The subject matter of the procurement includes the supply of pellets. The pellets must be made of wood, with a diameter of up to 6 mm, a calorific value of not less than 17МJ/kg, moisture content of no more than 7%, and ash content of no more than 1.2%, certified by a certificate (quality document). Quality: the fuels must comply with BDS and all regulatory requirements related to the subject matter of this procurement. Packaging: bulk/in bags. Year of production: 2025–2026.
