Opportunity description

Supply of solid fuels (firewood and pellets) for the needs of municipal sites within the territory of Tutrakan Municipality for a period of 12 months, in accordance with the Technical Specifications for each separate lot. The contracts will be concluded under the criterion of the lowest price offered for each separate lot. All conditions are described in detail in the technical specifications, which have been assigned to the broker representing the Contracting Authority on a commodity exchange. Pursuant to Art. 79, para. 1, item 7 of the Public Procurement Act, the contract shall be concluded under the rules of the respective exchange. 1. Type of order: purchase 2. Quantity: a total of 291 stacked cubic metres +/- 2%., estimated value - 17 580.00 euros excluding VAT. 4.1. One stacked cubic metre of broadleaf firewood is equivalent to 550 kilograms, pursuant to Art. 14c. of Ordinance No. 1 of 30.01.2012 on the control and protection of forest territories. 4.2.
