The subject of the public procurement is the provision of specialized transport of children for the 2026/2027 school year. The children shall be transported in compliance with safety conditions. The specialized transport of children shall be carried out every school day according to the route schedule determined by the Contracting Authority. It complies with the template pursuant to Annex No. 9a to Ordinance No. 33 of 3.11.1999 on the public transport of passengers and goods within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, issued by the Minister of Transport. The route schedule shall be agreed by the carrier with the regional department “Control Activity – DAI” at the place of its registration. The estimated number of school days is 160 (one hundred and sixty days) for the 2026/2027 school year. The services that are the subject of the procurement are divided into separate lots, each of which is the subject of a contract, as follows: Lot No. 1: “Specialized transport of children for the 2026/2027 school year along the route: Radnevo – Kovach – Trankovo – Kolarovo- Radnevo”; Lot No. 2: “Specialized transport of children for the 2026/2027 school year along the route: Radnevo – Kovachevo - Radnevo”; . Lot No. 3: “Specialized transport of children for the 2026/2027 school year along the route: Radnevo – Gipsovo district - Troyanovo—Lyubenovo Bulgarene Znamenosets Gipsovo district – Radnevo”; A detailed description of the activities that are the subject of the procurement, as well as the requirements relating to their performance, is contained in the Technical Specifications – an integral part of this public procurement documentation (Annex No. 1). The scope of Lot No. 1 provides for the transport of children along the following route: Radnevo – Kovach - Trankovo – Kolarovo- Radnevo. The route is 50 (fifty) kilometers long. The route shall be operated 2 (two) times a day – morning and evening, comprising a total route length of 100 (one hundred) kilometers per day. Estimated number of passengers – 8 (eight). The children shall be transported in compliance with safety conditions. The specialized transport of children shall be carried out every school day according to the route schedule determined by the Contracting Authority. It is an integral part of the draft contract for the award of the procurement and complies with the template pursuant to Annex No. 9a to Ordinance No. 33 of 3.11.1999 on the public transport of passengers and goods within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, issued by the Minister of Transport. The children shall be transported in compliance with safety conditions. The specialized transport of children shall be carried out every school day according to the route schedule determined by the Contracting Authority. The children shall be transported in compliance with safety conditions. The specialized transport of children shall be carried out every school day according to the route schedule determined by the Contracting Authority.
