The subject matter of this procurement is “Transport of Customs Agency employees for the needs of the Burgas Customs Territorial Directorate, Varna Customs Territorial Directorate, Ruse Customs Territorial Directorate and Sofia Customs Territorial Directorate.” The subject matter of the public procurement includes providing transport for employees of the Burgas Customs Territorial Directorate, Varna Customs Territorial Directorate, Ruse Customs Territorial Directorate and Sofia Customs Territorial Directorate along the following routes: City of Sandanski – village of Kulata, Petrich Municipality, Kulata Customs Office and return; City of Kyustendil, Kyustendil Customs Office – city of Blagoevgrad, Blagoevgrad Customs Office and return; City of Kyustendil – Oltomantsi Border Checkpoint and return; City of Vidin – Bregovo Border Checkpoint and return; City of Vidin – Vrashka Chuka Border Checkpoint and return; City of Burgas – Lesovo Border Checkpoint and return; City of Burgas – Malko Tarnovo Border Checkpoint and return; City of Varna – Lesport Customs Post – Varna-West Customs Post – Varna-Ferry Customs Post and return. 2. Lots Lot No. 1: “Transport of Customs Agency employees for the needs of the Sofia Customs Territorial Directorate along the route: city of Sandanski – village of Kulata, Petrich Municipality, Kulata Customs Office and return”; Lot No. 2: “Transport of Customs Agency employees for the needs of the Sofia Customs Territorial Directorate along the route: city of Kyustendil, Kyustendil Customs Office – city of Blagoevgrad, Blagoevgrad Customs Office and return”; Lot No. 3: “Transport of Customs Agency employees for the needs of the Sofia Customs Territorial Directorate along the route: city of Kyustendil – Oltomantsi Border Checkpoint and return”; Lot No. 4: “Transport of Customs Agency employees for the needs of the Ruse Customs Territorial Directorate along the route: city of Vidin – Bregovo Border Checkpoint and return”; Lot No. 5: “Transport of Customs Agency employees for the needs of the Ruse Customs Territorial Directorate along the route: city of Vidin – Vrashka Chuka Border Checkpoint and return”; Lot No. 6: “Transport of Customs Agency employees for the needs of the Burgas Customs Territorial Directorate along the route: city of Burgas – Lesovo Border Checkpoint and return”; Lot No. 7: “Transport of Customs Agency employees for the needs of the Burgas Customs Territorial Directorate along the route: city of Burgas – Malko Tarnovo Border Checkpoint and return”; Lot No. 8: “Transport of Customs Agency employees for the needs of the Varna Customs Territorial Directorate along the route: city of Varna – Lesport Customs Post – Varna-West Customs Post – Varna-Ferry Customs Post and return.” 3. Estimated value. The estimated value of the procurement, determined in accordance with the provision of Art. 21, para. 2 and 3 of the Public Procurement Act as of the date of its opening and in compliance with the rules of Art. 21, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act and Art. 27 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Public Procurement Act, amounts to 1 921 851,00 (one million nine hundred twenty-one thousand eight hundred fifty-one) euros excluding VAT, equivalent to 3 758 813,84 (three million seven hundred fifty-eight thousand eight hundred thirteen leva and eighty-four stotinki) leva excluding VAT. The estimated values of the individual lots are as follows: Lot No. 1 - 104 135,00 (one hundred four thousand one hundred thirty-five) euros excluding VAT/203 670,36 (two hundred three thousand six hundred seventy leva and thirty-six stotinki) leva excluding VAT; Lot No. 2 – 171 325,00 (one hundred seventy-one thousand three hundred twenty-five) euros excluding VAT/335 082,57 (three hundred thirty-five thousand eighty-two leva and fifty-seven stotinki) leva excluding VAT; Lot No. 3 – 190 953,00 (one hundred ninety thousand nine hundred fifty-three) euros excluding VAT/373 471,61 (three hundred seventy-three thousand four hundred seventy-one leva and sixty-one stotinki) leva excluding VAT; Lot No. 4 – 214 000,00 (two hundred fourteen thousand) euros excluding VAT/418 547,62 (four hundred eighteen thousand five hundred forty-seven leva and sixty-two stotinki) leva excluding VAT; Lot No. 5 – 305 140,00 (three hundred five thousand one hundred forty) euros excluding VAT/596 801,97 (five hundred ninety-six thousand eight hundred one leva and ninety-seven stotinki) leva excluding VAT; Lot No. 6 – 461 725,00 (four hundred sixty-one thousand seven hundred twenty-five) euros excluding VAT/903 055,61 (nine hundred three thousand fifty-five leva and sixty-one stotinki) leva excluding VAT; Lot No. 7 – 269 808,00 (two hundred sixty-nine thousand eight hundred eight) euros excluding VAT/527 698,58 (five hundred twenty-seven thousand six hundred ninety-eight leva and fifty-eight stotinki) leva excluding VAT; Lot No. 8 – 204 765,00 (two hundred four thousand seven hundred sixty-five) euros excluding VAT/400 485,53 (four hundred thousand four hundred eighty-five leva and fifty-three stotinki) leva excluding VAT. The subject matter of the public procurement under Lot No. 7 includes providing transport for employees of the Burgas Customs Territorial Directorate along the route: city of Burgas – Malko Tarnovo Border Checkpoint and return. Provision of transport for employees of the Burgas Customs Territorial Directorate along the route: city of Burgas – Malko Tarnovo Border Checkpoint, with the route including the following stops: city of Burgas, Burgas Customs Territorial Directorate, “Chernomorets” Stadium, Malko Tarnovo Border Checkpoint and return. Approximate length of the “outward and return” route - 160 km in total. The Contracting Authority and the Contractor shall specify and measure (once), in advance, the length of the contracted transport route using a vehicle of the Contracting Authority, for which purpose they shall draw up a bilateral protocol. Number of passengers: 5 (five) persons. The transport shall be performed twice per 24-hour period on every day of the year, including weekends and public holidays. For the employees, arrival at and departure from the workplaces must be as follows: • Morning arrival at 07:45 and departure at 08:00; • Evening arrival at 19:45 and departure at 20:00.
