This procedure is for the award of a public contract with the subject: “Delivery and warranty (service) maintenance of a brand-new specialized vehicle (minibus) for the transportation of persons with disabilities for the needs of DPLFU, Goritsa village”. Main characteristics of the vehicle subject to delivery: - Vehicle condition: Brand-new, unused, with a year of manufacture no earlier than 2026; - Type of vehicle: Specialized passenger vehicle (minibus) for the transportation of persons with disabilities; - Category: M1 or equivalent, in accordance with the applicable legislation (Must be capable of being driven with Category “B”); - Gearbox: Automatic for conventional and hybrid vehicles, or single-speed reduction gearbox for fully electric vehicles or equivalent. - Power: The total/system maximum power of the vehicle must be no less than 95 kW (130 hp), for all types of drive systems. - Number of places: Minimum 6+1 seats and 2 wheelchair places; - Passenger compartment configuration: 1+1 in front (driver and passenger), minimum 5 seats in the passenger compartment and 2 wheelchair places; - Wheelbase: Min.3500 mm; - Air conditioning: Min. air conditioning for the driver and passenger compartment; - Doors and access: Two front doors for the driver and passenger, one electrically operated side sliding door in the passenger section, rear door.
