Delivery of 1 new base vehicle with a water tank superstructure, in accordance with the Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1. The scope of the public procurement includes the delivery of 1 new base vehicle, with a superstructure - a brand-new factory-manufactured tank, as well as the accompanying warranty maintenance services during the warranty period offered by the tenderer, in accordance with the requirements of the Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1. Note: Warranty maintenance means the remedy, at the Contractor’s expense during the warranty period, of all defects and/or non-conformities, respectively the replacement of defective parts and/or components that fall within the terms and scope of the warranty, within the limits of the contractor’s warranty liability. The supply and replacement of consumables for the vehicle’s periodic technical servicing are included in the scope of this public procurement and are the Contractor’s obligation. The base vehicle with a water tank superstructure must comply with the requirements of Ordinance No. H-21 of 19 December 2023 on the requirements for clean vehicles and Directive (EU) 2019/1161 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 amending Directive 2009/33/EC on the promotion of clean and energy-efficient road transport vehicles.
