Bulgaria – Technical inspection and testing services – Testing of electrical protective equipment used by the Varna ETR Department

Opportunity description

At the facilities of the Varna ETR Department (including the Varna Division and the Dobrich Division) — at electrical substations and in the high-voltage (HV) power line maintenance and repair teams — personal protective equipment and collective protective equipment, collectively referred to as "electrical protective equipment" (EPE), are used, as follows: dielectric gloves; dielectric overshoes and boots for high voltage; insulating rods from 6 to 110 kV; insulating rods for installing portable earthing devices from 6 to 400 kV; insulating pliers up to 35 kV; voltage indicators from 6 to 400 kV — contact and non-contact. The contracting authority provides for periodic testing of the protective equipment used at the facilities of the Varna ETR Department, in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 22 of 08.05.2006 on the testing of electrical protective equipment in service. The expected (estimated) volume for the period of performance of the subject matter of the contract is specified in the technical specifications in the documentation for participation in the procedure. Period for performance of the public procurement contract — 24 (twenty-four) months from the date on which the contract enters into force, but not earlier than 31.07.2026. Procedure: open.
