Bulgaria – Textbooks – “Supply of sets of educational activity books, textbooks, textbook sets and provision of access to electronically readable textbooks for free use by students in grades I–XII at Secondary School ‘Otets Paisiy’ – Kardzhali for the 2026/2027 academic year, divided into lots”

Opportunity description

The contracting authority will place specific orders for the supply of textbooks and textbook sets as needed. A separate contract will be concluded for each lot in accordance with the attached draft contract. The textbooks must correspond to the lists of textbooks and teaching aids approved and endorsed by the Ministry of Education and Science that will be used during the 2026/2027 academic year. The textbooks must meet the requirements of Ordinance No. 10 of 19.12.2017 on the evaluation and approval of textbooks and teaching aids, adopted by Council of Ministers Decree No. 79/13.04.2016. Performance of the supply must comply with the requirements of the applicable regulatory framework concerning the printing and distribution of textbooks. The textbooks supplied must be new, unused and duly assembled into sets. Delivery of the goods to the school’s address and unloading shall be at the contractor’s expense. The deadline for fulfillment of the main order is 10.09.2024, in accordance with the schedule of activities for providing educational activity books, textbooks and textbook sets for grades I to XII for free use during the 2026–2027 academic year, approved by the Minister of Education and Science by Order No. РД09-1398/30.03.2026.
