“Supply and installation of furnishings and equipment in an annex for the expansion of the building of V. Aprilov Primary School, Regulated Land Plot I, block 15a according to the plan of the Bratya Miladinovi residential district, Burgas, in lots: Lot No. 1: “Supply, installation and commissioning of multimedia and computer equipment”; Lot No. 2: “Supply, installation and commissioning of peripheral equipment”; Lot No. 3: “Supply and installation of furnishings”. The items must be new, unused, safe, non-recycled and free of defects. For all technical and functional characteristics of the furnishings/equipment offered by the tenderer in its technical proposal, the tenderer must attach documents and a reference (link) to a manufacturer’s website through which the Contracting Authority can obtain information about the appearance and parameters of the equipment/furnishings offered for delivery. Documents that are not in Bulgarian must also be accompanied by a translation. The Contracting Authority will also accept references to and/or extracts from electronic information sources of a manufacturer and/or supplier when these are available and are in Bulgarian. In all cases, the relationship between the published and/or submitted data and what is offered by the tenderer in its Technical Proposal must be established. The combination of all submitted documents and/or sources must fully cover all elements of the tenderer’s technical proposal. Acceptance of the work will be carried out by representatives of the Contracting Authority – Burgas Municipality through the signing of an Acceptance and Handover Protocol (Contractor and Contracting Authority) without comments. Upon handover of the delivery, the Contractor must provide certificates of origin, as well as all documents, certificates, permits, instructions, warranty cards and other documents necessary for the subsequent intended use of the delivery, where applicable. The Contractor guarantees the quality of the delivered furnishings and equipment in accordance with the provisions of Chapter Five, Section II of the Consumer Protection Act.
