Opportunity description

The subject matter of the procurement covers the provision of services for organizing, intermediating and administering tourist travel and related tourist services for students, teachers, employees and guests of the Contracting Authority for participation in competitions, olympiads, business trips, training, cultural, sporting, educational and other events in the country and abroad, including the provision of ground transportation through carriers authorized to perform the respective type of transportation, accommodation, transfers, insurance and other accompanying tourist services. The services shall be requested and performed periodically, through separate written requests from the Contracting Authority, according to its specific needs. The specified scope is estimated and does not give rise to an obligation for the Contracting Authority to request the services in full. The period for performance of the procurement is 36 (thirty-six) months from the date of conclusion of the contract, or until the Contracting Authority’s maximum financial resource is reached—whichever of the two events occurs earlier.
