Opportunity description

The subject of this procurement is a service comprising the clearing of the easement zone (easement) affecting land properties in forest and non-forest territories (urbanized, agricultural, protected, disturbed territories for restoration) of the 110 kV Stara Reka power line (Overhead Line (OHL)), part of the transmission network of the Republic of Bulgaria. The 110 kV Stara Reka OHL was commissioned in 1957, constitutes the connection between the “Batak” HPP and the “Peshtera” substation, and is serviced by the Plovdiv MER Directorate, Pazardzhik Department. The 110 kV Stara Reka OHL has a nominal voltage of 110 kV, with one three-phase circuit on the tower line with a horizontal arrangement of the phase conductors. The route of the 110 kV Stara Reka OHL intended for clearing passes through various categories of territories, including mountainous or rugged terrain, some parts of which lack roads and where access by machinery is difficult. Clearing the easement is an activity that includes: - removal of trees, shrubs and branches within the easement on land properties in forest territories, constituting a clearing; - removal and pruning of individual trees, shrubs and branches within the easement on land properties outside forest territories; - moving the felled timber mass to the left and/or right boundary of the easement so that the strip between the outermost conductors is cleared; - felling and transportation of timber to a temporary storage site (logging). ​​​​​​​ Procedure: open.
