Opportunity description

The subject matter of this procurement is a service including clearing the easement zone (easement) affecting land properties in forest and non-forest territories (urbanized, agricultural, protected, disturbed territories for restoration) of the 110 kV Minyor power line (Overhead Line (OHL)), part of the transmission network of the Republic of Bulgaria. The 110 kV Minyor OHL was commissioned in 1962, constitutes the connection between the Smolyan substation and the Rudozem substation, and is serviced by the Plovdiv EGN Division, Smolyan Department. The 110 kV Minyor OHL has a nominal voltage of 110 kV, with one three-phase circuit on the tower line and a triangular arrangement of the phase conductors. The route of the 110 kV Minyor OHL passes through various categories of territories, including mountainous or rugged terrain, parts of which have no roads and where access with machinery is difficult. Clearing the easement is an activity that includes: - removal of trees, shrubs and branches within the easement on land properties in forest territories, constituting a clearing; - removal and pruning of individual trees, shrubs and branches within the easement on land properties outside forest territories; - moving the felled timber mass to the left and/or right boundary of the easement so that the strip between the outermost conductors is cleared; - felling and transportation of timber to a temporary storage site (logging). Clearing the easement (clearing) is required in connection with the requirements of Art. 765 of НТЕЕЦМ and Ordinance No. 16 of 2004 on easements for energy facilities, through the removal of trees, shrubs and shoots and the removal of felled trees, branches, shrubs, shoots, treetops, waste, dry timber mass and unusable timber outside the clearing, the requirements of ЗГ and the other secondary regulatory documents.
