Opportunity description

The subject of this procurement is a service comprising the clearing of the easement zone (easement) affecting land properties in forest and non-forest territories (urbanized, agricultural, protected and disturbed territories for restoration) of the 220 kV Oborishte-Benkovski power line (Overhead Line (OHL)), part of the transmission network of the Republic of Bulgaria. The 220 kV Oborishte-Benkovski OHL was commissioned in 1965, constitutes the connection between the “Aleko” substation and the “Kazichane” substation, and is serviced by the Plovdiv MER Administration, Pazardzhik Department, from tower No. 1 to tower No. 126. The 220 kV Oborishte-Benkovski OHL has a nominal voltage of 220 kV, with two three-phase circuits on the tower line with a horizontal arrangement of the phase conductors. The route of the 220 kV Oborishte-Benkovski OHL designated for clearing passes through various categories of territories, including mountainous or rugged terrain, parts of which lack roads and where access by machinery is difficult. Clearing the easement is an activity that includes: - removal of trees, shrubs and branches within the easement on land properties in forest territories, constituting a clearing; - removal and pruning of individual trees, shrubs and branches within the easement on land properties outside forest territories; - moving the felled timber mass to the left and/or right boundary of the easement so that the strip between the outermost conductors is cleared; - felling and transporting timber to a temporary storage site (logging). Clearing the easement (clearing) is required in connection with the requirements of Art. 765 of NTEETsM and Ordinance No. 16 of 2004 on easements for energy facilities, through the removal of trees, shrubs and shoots and the removal of felled trees, branches, shrubs, shoots, treetops, waste, dry timber mass and unusable timber outside the clearing, the requirements of ZG and other secondary legislation. ​​​​​​​ Procedure: open.
