Opportunity description

The subject of this procurement is a service involving the clearing of the easement zone (easement) affecting land properties in forest and non-forest territories (urbanized, agricultural, protected, disturbed territories for restoration) of the 220 kV Ravnogor power line (Overhead Line (OHL)), part of the transmission network of the Republic of Bulgaria. The 220 kV Ravnogor OHL was commissioned in 1968, constitutes the connection between the Orpheus Pumped-Storage Hydroelectric Power Plant and the Aleko substation, and is serviced by the MER Plovdiv Directorate, Pazardzhik Department, from tower No. 1 to tower No. 85. The 220 kV Ravnogor OHL has a nominal voltage of 220 kV, with one three-phase circuit on the tower line and a triangular arrangement of the phase conductors. The route of the 220 kV Ravnogor OHL designated for clearing passes through various categories of territories, including mountainous or rugged terrain, some parts of which have no roads and where access by machinery is difficult. Clearing the easement is an activity that includes: - removal of trees, shrubs and branches within the easement, on land properties in forest territories, constituting a clearing; - removal and pruning of individual trees, shrubs and branches within the easement on land properties outside forest territories; - moving the felled timber mass to the left and/or right boundary of the easement so that the strip between the outermost conductors is cleared; - felling and transporting timber to a temporary depot (logging). Clearing the easement (the clearing) is required in connection with the requirements of Article 765 of НТЕЕЦМ and Ordinance No. 16 of 2004 on the easements of energy facilities, through the removal of trees, shrubs and shoots and the removal of felled trees, branches, shrubs, shoots, treetops, waste, dry timber mass and unusable timber outside the clearing, the requirements of ЗГ and the other secondary legislation. ​​​​​​​ Procedure: open.
