The subject matter of this procurement includes the clearing of right-of-way zones affecting land properties in forest and non-forest areas (urbanized, agricultural, protected, and disturbed areas for restoration) of the power lines of the transmission network of the Republic of Bulgaria, serviced by ESO EAD, Blagoevgrad Network Operations District Administration (Blagoevgrad MER): with nominal voltages of 110 and 400 kV; with one or two circuits on a pole line; phase conductor arrangement – all possible configurations. Right-of-way clearing is an activity that includes: Removal of trees, shrubs, and branches in the right-of-way zones on land properties in forest areas constituting clearings; Removal and pruning of individual trees, shrubs, and branches in the right-of-way zones on land properties outside forest areas; Moving the felled timber to the left or right boundary of the right-of-way zone so that the strip between the outermost conductors is cleared.
