The subject matter of the public procurement includes supplies of high-density PE100 pipes for potable and domestic water supply, high-density PE100RC pipes for potable and domestic water supply – for alternative laying without a sand bed, complying with BDS EN12201 or equivalent, supply of fittings for PE100 pipes for potable and domestic water supply, and supply of PEND corrugated pipes and fittings for sewerage with an integrated (built-in) socket and smooth PVC pipes and fittings for sewerage, for the needs of “Water Supply and Sewerage” EOOD – Blagoevgrad. For each of the separate lots, periodic supplies will be made for the needs of “Water Supply and Sewerage” EOOD – Blagoevgrad in accordance with the Technical Specification and the Technical and Price Proposals of the respective selected Contractor for the separate lots. Supplies will be made periodically in quantities determined by the Contracting Authority’s prior written requests, according to the company’s needs. The Contracting Authority will accept and pay only for the quantities and types that it has requested and that have been delivered under the terms of the contract for the respective separate lot. Prices must be specified for long-pattern fittings. Each fitting must bear the following marking: manufacturer (trademark); material type; size; SDR; mechanical fittings – there must be no connection between the closing nut and the rubber seal, in order to avoid deformation and damage to the seal. Tapping saddles must have a reinforced steel ring. Each fitting must bear the following marking: manufacturer (trademark); material type; size; electrofusion fittings – Each fitting must bear the following marking: manufacturer (trademark); material type; size; SDR; welding time and cooling time; welding voltage; batch number; barcode. HDPE double-layer corrugated pipes with an integrated (built-in) socket, for external sewerage systems: Material: high-density polyethylene PEHD; Profile – base layer of PE 100 with a smooth inner surface, defining the shape of the pipe and hydraulic conductivity; external ribbed layer of PE 100, defining the stiffness of the pipe; with an integrated socket with sealing ring; Pipe length – 6 metres; Nominal strength (stiffness) SN 8 – SN ≥ 8 kN/m2. Thick-walled PVC pipes with an integrated socket for external sewerage systems: Material: polyvinyl chloride PVC, according to BDS EN 13476-2:2008/NA:2015 (Plastics piping systems for non-pressure underground drainage and sewerage. Piping systems with a complex structured-wall construction of unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U), polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE). Part 2: Requirements for pipes and fittings with smooth internal and external surfaces and for Type A system. National Annex (NA); Profile: external layer – must be impact-resistant; middle layer; internal layer – must be abrasion-resistant; must be light-coloured, allowing better video inspection; with an integrated socket with sealing ring. Pipe length – 6 metres; Nominal strength (stiffness) SN 8 – SN ≥ 8 kN/m2. All layers of the sewerage pipes must be compact. The socket must be integrated and made of the same material as the pipe – an inseparable part thereof. It must be compatible in terms of external diameter with all smooth-wall pipes for sewerage systems; The pipes and their sealing rings are resistant to pH 2 ÷ 13 (acids and bases) and organic compounds.
