The subject matter of this public procurement includes: delivery, assembly, installation, commissioning, performance of preliminary trials and functional tests; on-site training for operation of medical specialists designated by the Contracting Authority; provision of the necessary technical documentation, certificates of conformity and operating instructions in Bulgarian; warranty maintenance and delivery of the necessary parts and materials, within the warranty period, for a new ultrasound system for urology, with minimum technical and functional characteristics described in detail in the Technical Specification. The public procurement includes the performance of the following main activities: - delivery to MC “Lozenets” EOOD, at the address: Sofia, 1 “Kozyak” St., of a new ultrasound system for the needs of the Medical Center’s urology activities; - assembly, installation and commissioning; - performance of preliminary trials and functional tests; - on-site training for operation of medical specialists designated by the Contracting Authority; - provision of the necessary technical documentation, certificates of conformity and operating instructions in Bulgarian; - warranty maintenance and delivery of the necessary parts and materials within the warranty period. The warranty period shall be no less than 24 (twenty-four) months of full warranty coverage. The delivery period shall be no more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The period for assembly, configuration, trial testing and commissioning shall be no more than 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of delivery of the equipment, as established by a handover and acceptance protocol. The training of the medical specialists must be carried out within 5 (five) calendar days from the date of assembly, configuration, technical testing and commissioning of the delivered medical equipment and must have a duration of 5 (five) working days, according to a schedule agreed in advance with the Contracting Authority.
