The subject of the public procurement is: “Framework agreement for the supply of park and street equipment for the needs of Plovdiv Municipality” and includes the conclusion of a framework agreement with one contractor for a period of 2 (two) years for the supply of park and street equipment, including benches, waste bins, planters, tables, bicycle racks and drinking fountains, made of high-quality recyclable concrete, wood and metal components, meeting modern requirements for durability, safety, functionality and efficiency, suitable for intensive urban use, hereinafter referred to as “items”, in accordance with the Technical Specification and the templates for the Technical and Price Proposals, which form an integral part of the public procurement documentation. During the term of the framework agreement, specific supplies will be awarded through award letters under the conditions and in accordance with the procedure specified in the Draft Framework Agreement. The conditions under which the subject of the procurement will be carried out, as well as the rights and obligations of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor, shall be in accordance with: the Draft Framework Agreement; the Contracting Authority’s Technical Specification; the Contractor’s Technical and Price Proposals.
