The contract awarded under this procedure provides for the supply of 1 brand-new vehicle with a tipper body and additional snow-removal and sanding equipment, with technical characteristics in accordance with the technical specification. The public procurement contract shall be performed under the conditions described in the Instructions for Participation, Technical Specification and Draft Contract, which form part of the participation documentation for this procedure. The main objective is the supply and warranty servicing of one brand-new vehicle with a tipper body and additional snow-removal and sanding equipment for the needs of Kula Municipality, required for clearing the streets and municipal roads within the territory of Kula Municipality during the winter season. For the duration of the contract, the selected contractor must provide an equipped service facility to carry out prompt warranty maintenance and emergency assistance in the event of interruptions to the vehicle’s normal operation. The conditions under which the subject matter of the contract will be carried out, and the rights and obligations of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor, shall be in accordance with the public procurement documentation and the draft contract, as well as with the applicable regulatory framework.
