Opportunity description

In the performance of the public procurement contract, an investment design at the “technical design” stage shall be prepared, the construction provided for therein shall be carried out, and designer’s supervision shall be exercised for the Energy renovation of a multi-family residential building at the address: Targovishte, Zapad district, Block No. 45. The scope of the award under this public procurement procedure includes the following activities: Activity 1: design – preparation of investment designs at the “technical design” stage, in accordance with Ordinance No. 4 of 21.05.2001 on the scope and content of investment designs, the Spatial Development Act and the secondary legislation for its implementation. Activity 2: construction/construction and installation works – execution of construction and installation works and any other accompanying and related activities necessary for the execution of the construction, in accordance with the regulatory requirements and the requirements of the Contracting Authority. Activity 3: designer’s supervision – exercise of designer’s supervision during the execution of the construction/building project.
