Bulgaria – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – “Construction and renovation works in the building of USBОBAL – Varna”

Opportunity description

The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor to carry out construction and renovation works (CRW) in rooms No. 107, 107a, 207, 208, 209, 210, 211, 212, 401, 402 and at the central entrance of USBОBAL-Varna for the needs of the Department of “Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences,” with a total area of 210 m2. The contractor shall carry out the CRW in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority specified in the Technical Specification and General Requirements for the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1÷No. 1.1). The types of CRW are as follows: Demolition works – removal of damaged wall plaster, wall tiles and wall coverings, removal of heating radiators, removal of inventory equipment, removal of existing flooring – mosaic and terracotta tiles, electrical lighting fixtures, switches and sockets, sanitary sinks, incl. a cast sink, incl. wall-mounted faucets with isolation of water supply and sewerage outlets, close-coupled toilet in sanitary facilities, removal of doors, incl. frames, and partition walls – PVC and brick, removal of PVC window frames in rooms 401 and 402. Installation activities – Rooms No. 107, 107a, 207, 208, 209, 210, 211, 212, 401, 402 – installation of new doors, including one fire-resistant door for the server room, complete repainting, creation of a new room with partition walls made of Ytong blocks with insulation and installation of an air conditioner for the server room – room No. 107, new lighting in all rooms, installation of a low-voltage system, repair and installation of flooring – porcelain stoneware and wall tiles in sanitary facilities, suspended ceiling of PVC paneling on ceilings in sanitary facilities and Armstrong grid suspended ceiling in the rooms, installation of new PVC window frames in rooms 401 and 402, repair of the electrical installation with installation of room electrical panels, water supply and sewerage installations in sanitary facilities, replacement of heating radiators with replacement of vertical risers of the HVAC and water supply and sewerage installations. Central entrance – installation of an “Armstrong” suspended ceiling and repainting of walls, closure of a service window with a plasterboard partition wall. The contractor shall carry out the CRW in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority specified in the Technical Specification and the General Requirements thereto (Appendix No. 1÷No. 1.1).
