All required supporting documentation and Supply Arrangements (SAs) must be submitted on or before October 15, 2028 by 2:00 PM EDT. All SAs submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the SAs being declared non-responsive. This Request for Supply Arrangements (RFSA) E60HP-21EBUS/A is to establish supply arrangements for the procurement and delivery of the requirement detailed in the RFSA to the Identified Users across Canada, including areas subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs).
