The NYC Campaign Finance Board (CFB) is seeking a vendor to provide services covering market researching, neighborhood surveying and community and stakeholder mapping within the agency s identified priority neighborhoods to strengthen the agency s voter, contributor, and candidate engagement strategies required to support the CFB s Community Stakeholder Mapping project. This procurement will be utilizing the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase method, in accordance with PPB Rule Section § 3-08(c)(1)(iv), and is open to businesses certified as NYC Minority- or Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs) pursuant to New York City Charter Section 311 (i)(1).
