The subject of the procurement is uniforms for authorized customs officers (T-shirts, trousers, skirts, low shoes, boat shoes, balaclavas, peaked caps, shirts), in accordance with the Ordinance on uniforms and civilian clothing of authorized customs officers of the Ministry of Finance, Customs Administration (Official Gazette, No. 111/24) and the Specifications, Cost Schedules, lots and individual items within the lots, as well as the other required conditions indicated in this Documentation. A detailed description of the subject of the procurement is provided in the Cost Schedules in Annex No. 2 to this Documentation (hereinafter: Cost Schedule) and in the Specifications in Annex No. 6 to this Documentation. When producing the subject of the procurement, the tenderer is required to comply with the provisions of the Ordinance on uniforms and civilian clothing of authorized customs officers of the Ministry of Finance, Customs Administration (Official Gazette, No. 111/24). Anything not defined by the aforementioned Ordinance shall be produced in accordance with the Specification for the relevant part of the uniform/footwear. In the event of a conflict between the Ordinance on uniforms and civilian clothing of authorized customs officers of the Ministry of Finance, Customs Administration and the Specification for the relevant part of the uniform/footwear, the Ordinance on uniforms and civilian clothing of authorized customs officers of the Ministry of Finance, Customs Administration shall prevail. When producing the subject of the procurement, the tenderer is required to comply with the provisions of the Ordinance on uniforms and civilian clothing of authorized customs officers of the Ministry of Finance, Customs Administration (Official Gazette, No. 111/24). Anything not defined by the aforementioned Ordinance shall be produced in accordance with the Specification for the relevant part of the uniform/footwear. In the event of a conflict between the Ordinance on uniforms and civilian clothing of authorized customs officers of the Ministry of Finance, Customs Administration and the Specification for the relevant part of the uniform/footwear, the Ordinance on uniforms and civilian clothing of authorized customs officers of the Ministry of Finance, Customs Administration shall prevail. The contracting authority repeals the provision of Article 7, paragraph 14 of the Ordinance on uniforms and civilian clothing of authorized customs officers of the Ministry of Finance, Customs Administration: A reflective hook-and-loop strip (loop side) for job-position insignia is applied to the back. The insignia on the backs of the shirts shall be produced in accordance with Specification No. 7 Long-sleeved T-shirt and No. 8 Short-sleeved polo shirt, from the Annex to the Procurement Documentation. The subject of the procurement is uniforms for authorized customs officers (trousers and skirts), in accordance with the Ordinance on uniforms and civilian clothing of authorized customs officers of the Ministry of Finance, Customs Administration (Official Gazette, No. 111/24) and the Specifications, Cost Schedules, lots and individual items within the lots, as well as the other required conditions indicated in this Documentation. The contracting authority, in: - Specification No. 4 Summer trousers, under point 3. Materials, 3.1. Main material, repeals point 11 Oil repellency, tested using the HRN EN ISO 14419 method, - Specification No. 5 Winter trousers, under point 3. Materials, 3.1. Main material, repeals point 11 Oil repellency, tested using the HRN EN ISO 14419/98 method, - Specification No. 6 Skirt, under point 3. Materials, 3.1. Main material, repeals point 12 Oil repellency, tested using the HRN EN ISO 14419 method. The contracting authority is procuring tactical trousers for the needs of the Mobile Units Sector in accordance with the Ordinance on uniforms and civilian clothing of authorized customs officers of the Ministry of Finance, Customs Administration (Official Gazette, No. 111/24), the Specification for women's tactical winter trousers, the Specification for men's tactical winter trousers, the Specification for women's tactical summer trousers, and the Specification for men's tactical summer trousers. For other officers, trousers are being procured in accordance with the Ordinance on uniforms and civilian clothing of authorized customs officers of the Ministry of Finance, Customs Administration (Official Gazette, No. 111/24), Specification No. 4 - Summer trousers and Specification No. 5 – Winter trousers. It is noted that the material composition of the trousers under Specification No. 4 - Summer trousers and Specification No. 5 – Winter trousers, and the accompanying parameters such as weave, fabric weight, breaking force, determination of abrasion resistance, color fastness to artificial light, washing at 40̊C, color fastness to acidic/alkaline perspiration, spectral characteristics of the colored surface, determination of maximum force using the strip method, and color fastness to wet/dry rubbing, are repealed, and the stated parameters from the Specification for women's tactical winter trousers, the Specification for men's tactical winter trousers, the Specification for women's tactical summer trousers, and the Specification for men's tactical summer trousers shall apply. The subject of the procurement is uniforms for authorized customs officers (low shoes), in accordance with the Ordinance on uniforms and civilian clothing of authorized customs officers of the Ministry of Finance, Customs Administration (Official Gazette, No. 111/24) and the Specifications, Cost Schedules, lots and individual items within the lots, as well as the other required conditions indicated in this Documentation. A detailed description of the subject of the procurement is provided in the Cost Schedules in Annex No. 2 to this Documentation (hereinafter: Cost Schedule) and in the Specification for low shoes in Annex No. 6 to this Documentation. When producing the subject of the procurement, the tenderer is required to comply with the provisions of the Ordinance on uniforms and civilian clothing of authorized customs officers of the Ministry of Finance, Customs Administration (Official Gazette, No. 111/24). Anything not defined by the aforementioned Ordinance shall be produced in accordance with the Specification for the relevant part of the uniform/footwear. A detailed description of the subject of the procurement is provided in the Cost Schedules in Annex No. 2 to this Documentation (hereinafter: Cost Schedule) and in the following in Annex No. 6 to this Documentation: - Specification for men's long-sleeved shirts, - Specification for women's long-sleeved shirts, - Specification for men's short-sleeved shirts, - Specification for women's short-sleeved shirts, - Specification No. 26 - Insignia. When producing the subject of the procurement, the tenderer is required to comply with the provisions of the Ordinance on uniforms and civilian clothing of authorized customs officers of the Ministry of Finance, Customs Administration (Official Gazette, No. 111/24). Anything not defined by the aforementioned Ordinance shall be produced in accordance with the Specification for the relevant part of the uniform/footwear. In the event of a conflict between the Ordinance on uniforms and civilian clothing of authorized customs officers of the Ministry of Finance, Customs Administration and the Specification for the relevant part of the uniform/footwear, the Ordinance on uniforms and civilian clothing of authorized customs officers of the Ministry of Finance, Customs Administration shall prevail.
