Opportunity description

The subject of the public contract is the complete turnkey delivery of technology in the form of Design & Build, including engineering, design of the technical solution, manufacture, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of the entire work, consisting of the delivery of 1 new compressor, compressed air treatment and drying technology with the possibility of 100% redundancy, HVAC, 1 transformer 6.3/0.4 kV and all related water, compressed air, electrical installation and instrumentation and control distribution systems, including the necessary construction modifications and modifications to the existing distribution systems in the compressor room. The contracting authority points out that during negotiations on preliminary tenders, the requirement for the capacity of the compressor station may be specified more precisely, as a result of which the required subject matter of performance of the public contract may be expanded. Participants shall take the above into account in their preliminary tenders (see paragraph 10.4 of the procurement documentation). As part of the finalization of the procurement conditions (after the negotiation phase), the contracting authority will definitively establish the subject matter of performance of the public contract in this respect, taking into account its current operational needs and also the relevant part of the participants' preliminary tenders and the subsequent negotiation phase of the procurement procedure.
