Opportunity description

The subject matter of the public contract is repeated supplies of filtration material for air-conditioning and ventilation systems (hereinafter “VZT”) in the contracting authority’s buildings according to the individual items specified in Annex No. 4 to the procurement documentation (ZP). This concerns supplies of new, unused VZT filters, including both bag and panel filters (mode A), as well as HEPA filters, for which the contracting authority also requires their replacement together with delivery (mode B). The subject matter also includes the removal of used filters and their environmentally sound disposal. The supply, classification and marking of bag filters must comply with the ČSN EN ISO 16890 standard for filter classification. The subject matter also includes the comprehensive provision of safe and professional replacement of filters for three-stage filtration according to the required environmental cleanliness, i.e. terminal HEPA filters, including their supply, and the submission of reports on the measurement and replacement of HEPA filters, including the rectification of defects (with the supply of the necessary material) identified during the replacement of HEPA filters, all in accordance with the CSN EN 1822-1 standard. Filtration material means the individual filtration materials, hereinafter referred to as “filters”, specified in greater detail in Annex No. 4 ZP, which will be supplied according to the items and in the quantities specified in individual orders (in the case of HEPA filters, which will be supplied and replaced at the same time) issued by the contracting authority for the designated period sufficiently in advance, or in accordance with the delivery period specified in Annex No. 3 ZP, in proper quality and the required quantity and in accordance with the other conditions of this procurement procedure. Annex No. 4 ZP contains a complete list of filters for all VZT equipment on the contracting authority’s premises. HEPA filters are usually replaced once a year; bag filters are replaced several times a year. The contracting authority reserves the right not to purchase, or to exceed, the stated quantity of filters with regard to the number and configuration of the equipment for which the filters are intended. The subject matter of the public contract must be supplied in full compliance with generally binding legal regulations and technical standards. An inspection of the place of performance will take place on 7. 4. 2026 at 13:00.
