Opportunity description

The subject of the Framework Agreement is the award of Specific Public Contracts for the performance of specific design work for the operation and maintenance of roads 2024, including accessories (e.g. lighting, noise barriers, etc.), including the performance of engineering activities, property-law activities, author supervision and technical assistance to the Contracting Authority, according to the needs of the Contracting Authority. The Framework Agreement is primarily intended for the award of Specific Public Contracts for design work for the repair and maintenance of roads. The subject of the public contract for the conclusion of the framework agreement will be the award of services for the preparation of design documentation at all required design stages for structures for the operation and maintenance of roads. It will be prepared in accordance with Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. on construction documentation, as amended, Decree No. 146/2008 Coll. on the scope and content of design documentation for transport structures, as amended, and the Guidelines for the Documentation of Road Structures approved by the Ministry of Transport. The Framework Agreement will be concluded with eight participants for a period of 48 months. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 1,036,000,000 CZK.
