Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the preparation of project documentation in accordance with the applicable legislation governing procurement procedures for the selection of contractors for the construction itself (Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on Public Procurement, as amended, and implementing regulations), namely documentation at the stage of documentation for the issuance of a joint project permit (DPZ), project documentation for operational units, and construction implementation documentation (DPS), including all necessary surveys. The contract also covers the performance of engineering activities and designer’s supervision. As part of the DPZ stage, the contractor is obliged to prepare and submit an overall construction budget (cost estimate) in the form of aggregated items and construction structures, which will meet all the requirements of the IROP programme methodological guidelines for the grant application submission stage. The performance also includes a professional assessment of the need to use the preliminary information instrument pursuant to Section 174 of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act. If the contracting authority decides to use it, the contractor is obliged to ensure its preparation and submission. Procedure: open.
