Technologie hlavního města Prahy, a.s. (hereinafter referred to as the “Contracting Authority”) is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as the “DPS”) pursuant to the provisions of Section 138 et seq. of the ZZVZ for the provision of design work and engineering activities for the Contracting Authority within the scope corresponding to the subject of its activities and the fulfilment of other related obligations, specifically for: • design of information and communication technologies, • design work and activities related to the operation and maintenance of public lighting, • design work and activities in the field of construction and investment in non-lighting technologies, • design work and activities for building construction. The subject of the Public Contract is the preparation of DPZ, DVZ and DPS project documentation for the reconstruction of the premises on the 1st above-ground floor and 1st basement floor, intended for a children's group located at Hraniční 26/3 and on plot No. 2325, cadastral area Žižkov. The reconstruction includes the premises on the 1st above-ground floor and 1st basement floor, an extension for the children's group in the courtyard, reconstruction of the vegetated roof composition, repair of the boundary wall, including the courtyard fencing, repair of the façade, including removal of damaged plaster, sanitary installations, electrical installations, heating, ventilation, remediation, fire safety design, structural engineering, hygiene assessment, PENB and engineering services.
