Czechia – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Strategic solution for the Secondary School and Elementary Art School in Trhové Sviny - project documentation

Opportunity description

In accordance with the procurement conditions, the subject matter of the public contract primarily comprises: - conducting an engineering-geological survey and a radon survey, - preparing an architectural study, - preparing documentation for project approval, - preparing construction implementation documentation, including a budget and bill of quantities, - performing the role of occupational health and safety coordinator during construction preparation, - providing engineering services in construction (including obtaining opinions) leading to final project approval, - cooperation in selecting the construction contractor, - performing designer supervision during construction. The project documentation will be prepared in accordance with the feasibility study (part of Annex No. 2 to the contract – see Annex No. 3 to the procurement documentation) and divided into the following parts specified by the feasibility study (for the parts, see page 70 of the study): A, C, D, E, G, H (parts B and F – the former rectory complex – the city cultural centre – will not be prepared). This involves the use of buildings managed by the Secondary School, Trhové Sviny, Školní 709 (owned by the South Bohemian Region) for the operation of the F. Pišinger Elementary Art School, Trhové Sviny, as well as premises for the practical component of education for pupils of the Secondary School, Trhové Sviny, Školní 709. It also includes a new layout of the forecourt of the historic buildings and the intersection of Husova-Jeronýmova-Komenského streets, taking into account the existing concept for the Regeneration of the Trhové Sviny Urban Heritage Zone. The project documentation for project approval and construction implementation will be prepared using building information modelling (BIM), and a Common Data Environment (CDE - Common Data Environment) will be used during preparation for the coordination, sharing, commenting on and approval of data and documents.
