The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to award Specific Public Contracts for the performance of specific design work for major road construction contracts carried out under the RED BOOK and YELLOW BOOK contractual conditions, including accessories (e.g. lighting, noise barriers, etc.), including the performance of engineering activities, property-law activities, author’s supervision and technical assistance to the Contracting Authority, according to the Contracting Authority’s needs. The Framework Agreement is primarily intended for awarding Specific Public Contracts for design work relating to capital construction projects, not for repairs to structures. Procedure: open.
