The subject matter of the public contract being awarded (hereinafter referred to as the “public contract”) is the preparation of design documentation, including a bill of quantities and a control budget, for the extension (new construction) of Building II on the premises of V Cibulkách Primary School, Na Výši. The documentation will serve as the basis for awarding a public contract to the construction contractor. The performance of the public contract will also include the preparation of design documentation using the Building Information Modeling (BIM) method, to the extent and in the manner corresponding to the requirements arising from the applicable and effective legislation, in particular Act No. 330/2025 Coll., on the management of information about buildings and the built environment, including the related implementing legislation. A detailed specification of the subject matter of the performance is contained in the model contract and its annexes, which are included in Annex No. 2 to the procurement documentation.
